Everything you need in about five minutes. The app is live at
app.liquiditycharts.xyz; the Windows app is the same thing in its own window.
1. Pick an instrument
Click the symbol in the top-left corner (or the + on a new tab) to
open the instrument picker. Search by name, filter by venue - Bybit, Bitget, Binance,
Hyperliquid - and star what you trade. Stars sync into the watchlist on the left rail.
2. Read the chart
Footprint cells: each bar shows bid vs ask volume per price row. The shading points
at where the heat is; numbers read bid × ask.
Pan and zoom: drag to pan, wheel to zoom. Zoom out fully to see sessions back in
time; the chart also pans into blank future space so you can plan levels ahead.
Crosshair readout: hover for the exact price/volume at the cursor. On touch,
press and hold.
3. Levels and auto-markers
Open a chart's gear → Auto-Markers. Start from a preset - Day trading,
Swing or Value areas only - then tune each level (day open, previous day/week/month,
CPR, CPL, value areas) on the pages below: colour, where the line starts, label side. Levels
redraw themselves as new periods form; while a period is still young, its line retracts smoothly
as you scroll back in time.
4. The trade ticket
The panel on the right starts in Paper mode - practice orders against the real
tape, nothing routed, nothing at risk.
Long / Short, Market / Limit, leverage on the 3x box,
margin mode next to it. The slider snaps your size; MAX fills the
rest of what is available.
Turn on Take profit / stop loss to attach brackets. The rows underneath (liquidation
price, order value, margin, slippage) update as you type.
Going live requires connecting an exchange account in the trading-accounts panel along the
bottom. Until then, every order is paper.
5. Workspaces
Tabs along the top are full chart workspaces. Drop a tab onto another to make a
group - two charts that share one cursor, so you can watch a perp against its spot.
Layout, symbols and settings persist in your browser.
6. Good to know
Data streams while the tab is open; after long idle, refresh to resync the tape.
After an update, do one Ctrl+Shift+R hard refresh - static files
are cached otherwise.
The Windows app updates itself: the chart comes from the site on every launch, and the
small launcher checks the site for its own updates too. No reinstalls, ever.
To remove it: Start menu shortcut, or Windows Settings → Apps.
